1. Comprehensive supply of electricity together with electricity distribution service for the needs of Poznań District Units.
2. General characteristics of the subject of the contract:
1) place of electricity supply: 6 electricity collection points, is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract; the estimated amount of electricity supplied during the term of the contract will amount to 558.82 MWh, including energy settled in the tariff:
a) G11 – 119,61 MWh
b) C11 – 35,62 MWh
c) C21 – 302,98 MWh
d) B21 – 100,61 MWh
The amount of energy has been determined for the purpose of comparison and evaluation of submitted offers, and the task will be performed to use the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate for the performance of the contract, i.e. up to PLN 1,200,000.00 gross.
3. The Ordering Party requires a deposit in the amount of PLN 29,000.00.

3. The supply of electricity should take place on the terms set out in the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and executive acts issued on their basis, including the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505).
4. The Contractor should determine the value of the subject of the contract taking into account the costs of electricity supply and provision of electricity distribution services, calculated in accordance with the above-mentioned legal acts and any other costs and fees.
5. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and its executive regulations and Polish Standards.
6. The contract for the supply of electricity specifies the payer and recipient of the VAT invoice for the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for individual collection points – in accordance with the attached Description of the subject of the contract.
7. The Ordering Party informs that:
a) has comprehensive agreements for the supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services with ENEA S.A., for energy collection points that are also Prosumers, listed in the description of the subject of the contract.
b) does not have contracts concluded as part of loyalty or promotional campaigns.
