DVC Heilig Hart vzw is a non-profit association. The assignment includes the design of a new construction project for residential housing of people with disabilities. This assignment is intended to appoint an architectural firm that will be responsible for the design, development and realization of the new building.

We are therefore looking for an architecture office or an architecture design team. This team is composed of architect (s). The team has the necessary expertise to realize the total design assignment professionally, adequately and impeccably.

The architecture team must be completed for the following tasks:

- stability engineer,

- engineer installation techniques,

- tasks related to EPB declaration and EPB reporting,

- safety coordination design and implementation.

The design and implementation must meet the quality requirements laid down by order of the Flemish Government. The quality requirements must therefore, among other things, meet the VIPA sustainability guidelines. A non-exhaustive list of the technical program can be found in the technical specifications. The design and implementation must of course comply with the program of requirements and requirements drawn up by the contracting authority.
