To procure a replacement integrated communication control system and mobilising solution for the combined control, located within Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, which will provide command, control, communications and intelligence supported by maintenance and support services for Suffolk and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Services.

To procure a replacement Integrated Communication Control System and mobilising solution for the Combined Fire Control, which will be 5 years from commencement of operational services date (Go live) plus and implementation period of no more than 18 months. Once the initial 5 year operational term comes to an end there will be an option to extend for up to 2 periods of up to 24 months each. Please note the Authority provides a control room function for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service under an Agreement pursuant to Section 16 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
