Establishment of a new system for preliminary treatment of food waste to bio gas production. This system shall be established in the existing preliminary treatment facility and shall be adjusted local conditions. The tenderer shall inspect the facility, make measures, calculate and conduct engineering design for the new facility. The treatment system shall be completed for start up until daily operations.
