The purpose of this contract, in 2 lots, is the regular maintenance, repairs and maintenance in perfect condition of the lifts and freight elevators of the University of Liège included in the inventories in the annex.
The undertaking shall comprise all the works, supplies and services set out in these special specifications.
The successful bidder will be a maintenance company certified according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 requirement (2000 edition) for elevator maintenance activities.
The successful tenderer guarantees the proper functioning of the equipment in full compliance with the safety rules applicable to each type of equipment.
The devices are multi-brand manufactured.
Each bidder is deemed to have examined each aircraft to prepare its bid.
The University reserves the right to add and/or remove equipment from this contract without any cost and/or damage to the ad... (see contract documents)
