The contract will be a contract for the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including:
- the basic contract
- P1 energy supply
- P2 and P3 maintenance, operation and major servicing services
- generators: maintenance, operation and major maintenance P2 and P3
- P5: works under the thermal contract (supply, installation, project management)
the contract is composed of a regular contract for P1, P2 and P3, and a purchase order portion for P2, P3 and P5
