A cooperative purchasing agreement shall be signed (group wide framework agreement) for the purchase of electrical services to Oslo municipality's entities. The property companies Boligbygg Oslo KF, Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF and Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF are not users of this agreement. The municipality will be divided into 4 zones, and agreements shall be signed with 2 tenderers per zone.

The cooperative purchasing agreement shall apply to assignments up to 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. For assignments over this sum, it is voluntary to utilise the agreement. Contract assignments will not be included in this agreement.
