The subject of the Order is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the departments of the Hospital of Bytowski Sp. z o.o., on the basis of the framework contract, ordered by the hospital pharmacy in the assortment and the absolute requirements specified in the price form - Annex 1 A — G to SWZ. Annex 1 A - G also specifies the indicative quantity of medicinal products. During the term of the Agreement, the Contracting Authority shall be obliged to contract deliveries at least 10% of the entire estimated value of the contract.
