The subject of the contract is the development and submission to the Contracting Authority:
(a) the development of design documentation for the renovation of a building located at
Grunwaldzka 3-5 in Wrocław, plot no. 81/20, AM-28, Plac Grunwaldzki precinct, together with obtaining all the necessary documents and arrangements enabling the implementation of construction works being the subject of the Documentation, including design documentation and other necessary studies understood as the sum of design solutions, collectively referred to as the Documentation, and the transfer of copyrights to the documentation (Stage I);
b) performing author's supervision during the implementation of works covered by the developed design documentation (Stage II),
c) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the agreement (constituting an annex to the Terms of Reference), guidelines for the preparation of documentation (constituting Appendices No. 2 to the Terms of Reference) and the decision of the National Bureau of Investigation No. 1856/2022.
