The Company ensures, in accordance with the rules of the Law and Regulation, the risk of civil liability for which insurance is mandatory by committing to pay, within the agreed limits, the sums which, for capital, interest and expenses, are due as compensation for damages unintentionally caused to third parties, including passengers transported whatever the title under which it was carried out the transport, from the circulation of the vehicle or vessel described in the contract. The guarantee also applies to vehicles or vessels not subject to the Law but included, by the will of the Contractor and acceptance by the Company, in this policy. The Company also insures, on the basis of the Additional Conditions, the risks not included in the compulsory insurance indicated in these conditions. In this case, the ceilings indicated on the title page are intended first of all to compensation due in dependence of the compulsory insurance and for the part not absorbed by them, to the compensation due on the basis of the “Additional Terms”. CVT KILOMETRIC

Insured vehicles:

A — Vehicles owned and/or used by employees and collaborators in any capacity (including volunteers) of the Body, the Mayor, the Directors, the Directors and the Director/Municipal Secretary ( even if of family members and/or third parties), used on the occasion of mission or for fulfillment of service, limited to the time necessary for the execution of the missions or performance of the service itself, during the circulation, the parking and/or the hospitalization of the same.
