This is an OJEU procurement for the provision of a framework to carry out property conditions surveys. Berneslai Homes require a framework of suppliers to carry out property condition surveys on the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough housing stock. The framework has 5 lots and companies may apply for any number of lots. It is envisaged that between 1 and 5 companies will be appointed to the framework.
