The subject of this contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan for financing the planned budget deficit of up to PLN 920,000.00.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract:
1) Credit utilization - no later than by 30/12/2019, in tranches, as per the borrower's instructions.
2) The Employer allows reimbursement of expenses already incurred to cover the budget deficit of the Kłecko Commune in 2019 up to the full loan amount.
3) For the purposes of comparing the offers, the loan will be granted in the following tranches:
one tranche on 3/12/2019, PLN 920,000.00, in words: nine hundred twenty thousand zlotys 00/100.
4) The maximum deadline for releasing the loan tranche: within 1 business day following the day on which the instruction to release the loan and the transfer of funds by the Contractor to the Purchaser's account indicated in the contract is placed. The loan will be discharged based on a written instruction submitted to the Contractor. It is allowed to submit orders via fax or electronic means to the fax number or e-mail address indicated in the contract.
5) For the purpose of comparing the offers, the loan and interest repayments are assumed according to the following plan, with interest accruing starting from the day the loan tranche is launched:
a) start of interest calculation: 3/12/2019;
b) commencement of interest repayment: 31/12/2019;
c) commencement of capital repayment: 28.1.2022;
d) ending capital repayment: 23/12/2025;
e) end of interest repayment: 23/12/2025;
f) grace period for capital repayment: until 27/01/2022.
6) If the loan repayment date falls on a public holiday, the repayment takes place on the business day immediately preceding that date.
7) Interest on the loan used is calculated on a monthly basis and payable by bank transfer until the last business day of the month, starting from the month in which the loan tranche was transferred to the Commune's account. If the date of payment of interest on the loan falls on a non-working day, the interest shall be paid on the first business day after that date.
8) The amount of interest accrued for the purposes of the tender should be indicated in the repayment schedule of principal installments and interest, which will be an attachment to the contract.
9) In the case of interest calculated according to a variable interest rate, the amount of interest charged will change. In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to calculate interest for the indicated period and forward it without charging the Employer to the date of interest payment, by electronic means, to the e-mail address indicated in the contract.
10) Loan repayment dates: specified in SIWZ.
