The city of Wittenberge intends to use part of the former and listed department store "Magnet" at Bahnstraße 51, 19322 Wittenberge, as a library in the future. The ambitious project is to be realized with the help of funding from various programs. The property is currently vacant. The planning services for the object planning of the building, the structural design and a fire protection expert have already been committed. With this tender, the planning services for technical equipment - electrical engineering are awarded in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021, plant groups 4 and 5 and plant 15 HOAI 2021.

The subject of the tender is planning services of the technical equipment HLS service profile within the meaning of § 55 HOAI, plant groups 4 and 5 in accordance with § 53 (2) in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2021.

Scope of services: Basic services of work phases 1 to 8 for the planning and construction project of the future Wittenberge Library, currently a vacant listed department store in the city centre of Wittenberge, Bahnstraße 51, 19322 Wittenberge. The project includes the modernisation of the individual monument (especially interior spaces) depending on the new usage requirements and the spatial programme.

Eligible costs:

KG 400 insgesamt: 1.500.000 EUR, KG 440 450.000 EUR, KG 450 150.000 EUR

The tender for the other building services HLS is carried out separately. Eligible costs here: KG 410 300,000 EUR, KG 420 375,000 EUR, KG 430 225,000 EUR.
