New turnkey construction of a modular primary school at Hans-Beimler-Str. 43 in Waren (Müritz) .The gross floor area of the school building is approximately 5,330 m².

The building plot is located in a residential area in the Waren-West district. The building plot has a size of approx. 22,350 m². The new school building in the immediate vicinity of the hoard center and gymnasium, the facilities already used by the students of the “Käthe Kollwitz” primary school, is to create a modern primary school campus in Waren West.

In order to ensure modern and sustainable school operation, all structural requirements for inclusive training are to be met. The “Käthe Kollwitz” primary school is a full-day facility, and hoard care for children in grades 1-4 takes place in the nearby Waren West hoard center.

The turnkey construction of a 4-speed primary school at Hans-Beimler-Str. 43 in Waren (Müritz) is to be built, which will divide the teaching areas into so-called “year clusters”. It functions as a school with specific competence for the main areas of vision, hearing and physical-motor development in the catchment area of the city of Waren (Müritz).

A cafeteria, administration and staff rooms and technical rooms will be built on the ground floor. The cafeteria on the ground floor serves as a place to stay and dining room. A separate food distribution is integrated into the cafeteria.

A design concept and plans are specified that are already in the building permit process and have been agreed in advance in terms of planning law.

The performance of the genre contractor includes, among other things, his own work planning and the creation of structural proof. Permits for supplying the building with electricity, water wastewater and district heating are obtained from the client.
