PURCH2521 Provision of Contract Agreement for Strategy and Leadership Development Consultancy for the Period of One Year with the Option to Extend for 2 x 12 Months.
In pursuit of the development and delivery of its strategic aims, the College is seeking to appoint a credible strategy and leadership development consultancy supplier. The supplier will support our senior leaders to further the engagement of our research base with external partner organisations: industrial and public sector, national and international.
Effective engagement with external organisations is gaining increasing importance across most, if not all, College activities and is gaining far more prominence in external reviews of the standing of an institution; for example in Research Excellence Framework impact, leverage in research funding, graduate career prospects and league table weightings. It is also an area where College KPIs consistently fall behind in comparison with our Russell Group and other peer institutions.
