The Creative Audio Visual Software Contractor(s) will be responsible for the production of the CAVS utilised in the Past Time gallery of the Museum of London New Museum Project.
The are 40 media exhibits that require Creative Audio Visual Software and the project team have determined that these are split into 4 “lots” in order to give the widest range of creative approaches. During Stage 1 of this procurement process, bidders could apply to pre-qualify for one or more lots and this is the scope of works that relates to:
•Lot 1 – Live Action and/or Animation
•Lot 2 – Digital interactives and Animated films
•Lot 3 – Live action films and new sound pieces
•Lot 4 – Creative film editing

This Lot is seeking a supplier to develop a series of five short films (live action and/or animation) that will each introduce a chapter of a chronological display, London’s Story, together adding up to a concise, visually striking history of London over 2,000 years. This Lot is seeking expressions of interest for multimedia services including the development of a number of digital interactive exhibits and games, requiring both imaginative presentation of historical information and assets, and in some cases the development of new animations.
This Lot is seeking expression of interest for a supplier to provide a number of new live action films and sound pieces, some aimed at bringing to life people, animals and objects from the past, others focused on capturing contemporary commentators, crafts and spaces.

This lot seeks expressions of interest from suppliers to provide an immersive film reflecting 100 years of London nightlife and a film about post-war musicians and music makers. It also includes simpler edited pieces and subtitling of an artistic work about the Thames.
