The solution will have to meet the following needs:

- inventory and update the road infrastructure heritage to obtain a quality reference system,

- have a single channel to report any incident on the road assets,

- computerize the processes of curative interviews (following a report) and preventive (planned) interviews,

- geo-locate the heritage, the reports and the related actions,

- facilitate the quality control of the actions carried out,

- supervise and analyze operational activities.
