The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation (KMD) will ensure high quality and effective use of resources in the area of housing policy. This sets major requirements for organisation, management and leadership. The objective of the review is to achieve a basis to further develop Husbanken's organisation and task solving to ensure good goal achievement. In the future, Husbanken's social task shall be to help so that the disadvantaged can obtain and retain a good residence. Husbanken shall achieve this via i.a. supporting the municipalities professionally and economically in their work with helping disadvantaged enter into the housing market. KMD will also assess the Ministry's management of Husbanken.

The review has an upper cost limit of 1 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The assignment must be completed by 28.4.2017.
