2. The method and place of treatment of the received waste must comply with the legal provisions in force in this regard, in particular with the requirements of the abovementioned Waste Act and its implementing regulations.
3. Waste code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) will come from selective collection from property owners and from mowing streets and parks.
4. Reception of waste with code 20 02 01 will take place from the territory of the Municipal Enterprise of Odpadami Sp. z o.o. in Sosnowiec from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 to 14.00, by transport of the Contractor and at its expense.
5. Acceptance will take place in the amount specified in the waste collection order or weekly schedule, sent by e-mail to the Contractor's representative. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste with the code 20 02 01 within the deadlines specified each time by the Contracting Authority in a weekly schedule, and in the case of ordering acceptance within 2 working days from the transfer of this order to the Contractor. Loading of waste belongs to the Ordering Party.
