The aim of the framework agrement is to cover the Norwegian Coastal Administrations and the Inter-municipal Standby Against Acute Pollution's (IUA) need for training services connected to acute pollution for courses, training, exercises, and activities, as well as international aid work (courses, training, exercises, and reviews).
The framework agreement is divided in three lots:
- Activities at sea
- Activities on the coast and on beaches
- International pollution aid work
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or more parts. Each part will be evaluated separately, but an additional score will be given for tenderers that can deliver all 3 parts.
In addition to the Norwegian Coastal Administration, all IUAs in Norway can use the framework agreement to cover necessary capacity needs within training, training, or activities. Call-offs from IUAs under this contract must go via the person in the Norwegian Coastal Administration who is responsible for the follow-up of the contract's individual parts.
