Full outline of the proceedings: Reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200/150/125/100/50 into a heating network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes 2xDN250/200/100/40 in the area of Jana Pawła II Square, Sokolnicza Street, Sikorskiego Street and Solidarności Square in Wrocław.

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200/150/125/100/50 into a heating network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes 2xDN250/200/100/40 in the area of John Paul II Square, Sokolnicza Street, Sikorskiego Street and Solidarności Square in Wrocław.

1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200/150/125/100/50 in the area of Sikorskiego/Sokolnicza Streets and Jana Pawła II Square in Wrocław in accordance with The IS1 drawing of the Executive Project and the reconstruction of the network in the building at 1/5/3 Solidarności Square to the heat node room in accordance with The IS8.1 of the Executive Project for a pre-insulated heating network 2xDN250/200/100/40 and a traditional 2xDN100.

2. The subject of the contract is divided into 6 stages:

2.1. STAGE I reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200 into a pre-insulated heating network 2xDN250 from point K1 (existing chamber K-IIA/4/23) to point K2 (existing chamber K-IIA/4/23/1A). Length after network reconstruction 2xDN250 L = about 61.47mb

2.2. STAGE II reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN200/150 into a pre-insulated heating network 2xDN250/200 from point K2 to point Z11 together with overvoltage istn. pre-insulated connection 2xDN65 to the Sokolnicza 40 building. Length after network reconstruction: 2xDN250 L = 90.58mb and 2xDN200 L = about 45.25mb

2.3. STAGE III reconstruction of the existing 2xDN150 duct heating network into a 2xDN200 pre-insulated heating network from point Z11 under the roadway of Sikorskiego Street to point Z14 (place of connection with the existing pre-insulated network 2xDN200). Network length 2xDN200 after network reconstruction L = about 27.34mb.

2.4. STAGE IV reconstruction of the existing duct heating network 2xDN100 into a pre-insulated heating network 2xDN100 on the section from point K2 to point Z1.5 (entrance to the building at Pl. Solidarności 1/3/5) along with overvoltage istn. 2xDN40 connections to the building at 32 Sokolnicza Street and reconstruction of the traditional 2xDN100 network from the Z1.5 point to the junction in the building at 1/3/5 Solidarności Square. Length of pre-insulated network 2xDN100 L = 78.35mb, connection 2xDN40 L = 1.87mb and traditional network 2xDN100 L = about 67.0mb

2.5. STAGE V – submission of complete as-built documentation, final acceptance.

2.6. STAGE VI OPTIONAL - specified in the SWZ and the model contract

3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the JWZ, model contract, TSPACW, design documentation (Annex 10 to the SWZ).

4. The design documentation indicated the required minimum technical parameters of the system in the technology of pre-insulated pipes. Each Contractor shall demonstrate that the pre-insulated pipe technology system offered by him meets the minimum technical parameters specified by the Contracting Authority by documenting that the pre-insulated materials meet the requirements set out in the design documentation.

5. The Contractor is obliged in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ to indicate the name of the manufacturer and the name of the offered pre-insulated pipe technology system;

6. The Contractor shall provide guarantees and warranties, as below:

6.1 for the offered pre-insulated system and the construction works related to this system – the required warranty period – at least 5 years.

NOTE: The term of warranty and warranty for a pre-isolated system is a criterion for evaluating tenders: Warranty term and warranty (G) described in Chapter XX SWZ. The Contractor may offer a term longer warranty and warranty than the minimum 5-year, which will be evaluated by the Ordering Party in accordance with the rules of evaluation of the criterion: Warranty Term and Warranty for Pre-Isolated System (G) in Chapter XX SWZ.

6.2 For shut-off fittings – required warranty period – 5 years;

6.3 for the restoration of the surface – the required warranty period – 5 years or longer depending on the arrangements with the owners of the land (arrangements with the owners of the land are attached to the design documentation for the tender procedure in question).

7. The Contracting Authority does not make a reservation regarding the obligation to personally perform key tasks for construction works by the Contractor.
