Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR. Description of the rules of the procedure of making forest work acceptance is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.
Supplement to point II.2.11. Regarding the evaluation criteria of the Offers:
Under the criterion "Supervision over the implementation of the contract exercised by a person with forestry, secondary forestry education or having a diploma of completing a vocational study of forestry services" will be assessed acceptance by the Contractor of the obligation to direct the supervision of the contract of a person with forestry, secondary forestry education or having a diploma of completing a vocational study of forestry services.
The Contractor will post information about assuming the above obligation in the Offer (Annex 1 to the ToR). Failure to indicate in the Bid that the Contractor has accepted the obligation referred to in the previous sentence will be considered as failure to accept such an obligation, and the Contractor's Offer shall receive 0 point under this bid evaluation criterion. The offer of the Contractor who incurs such a commitment will receive 10 points.
