The purpose of the consultation is to maintain in operational condition (MCO) of the video protection system as well as maintenance services.

Cameras side:

— cameras and their optics, including any motion and heating mechanisms, and their supports (masts, potences, fasteners, etc.);

— urban technical cabinets to accommodate electronic and electrical equipment for controlling and powering cameras;

— the active interfaces necessary for image processing (compression, coding, modulation, multiplexing, etc.) in accordance with, if applicable, the interfacing standards defined by the holder of lot 2 (1);

— the links equipped with the appropriate connection to the interfaces provided by Lot 2 (1), including any civil engineering work necessary for the implementation of the installations;

— electrical power supplies and connections (1) including all civil works necessary for the implementation of the installations;

— optical and copper proximity links between cameras and CSU;

— Point-to-point or Wi-Fi radio beams;

— CSU side laser beams;

—the active interfaces necessary for processing and receiving images (decompression, decoding, demultiplexing, etc.) in accordance with the interfacing standards defined by the holder of lot 2 for the links concerned, including patching products, (cords, etc.);

— image switching equipment -equipment for selecting, viewing and recording images.

Cameras side:

— the civil works necessary for the implementation of the networks up to the urban technical cabinets to be supplied;

— any cables and radio means of transmission;

— network-specific interfaces;

— the active interfaces necessary for processing and transporting signals exchanged with equipment supplied under Lot 1 in accordance with interfacing standards;

— urban technical cabinets for connecting transmission networks in the immediate vicinity of the cameras to be served, including massifs intended to receive the cabinets;

— Connections to energy sources with regard to the needs of transmission networks. CSU side: the active interfaces required to terminate networks.
