this framework agreement concerns the rental of minibuses, coaches and passenger transport services for the needs of the City of Bagnolet

Lot 1 concerns the rental of minibuses without drivers, in accordance with the BPU. The prices of the BPU include all the costs necessary for the execution of the service, in particular the costs related to the rental, provision, recovery, maintenance, cleaning, etc.

Lot 2 concerns the rental of coaches without driver, in accordance with the BPU. The prices of the BPU include all the costs necessary for the execution of the service, in particular the costs related to the rental, provision, recovery, maintenance, cleaning, etc.

Lot 3 concerns the transport of persons (with driver) for journeys in IDF, in accordance with the BPU. The prices of the BPU include all the costs necessary for the execution of the service, in particular tolls, parking, driver, rental, provision, maintenance, cleaning, etc. The drivers are equipped with a mobile phone whose number they give to the supervisor of the journey before departure.lot 3 includes the following services (non-exhaustive list given as an indication): - school outings (kindergarten-primary); - outings leisure centers (Wednesdays and school holidays); - outings sociocultural centers.- outings sports teams of the city (weekends)

Lot 4 concerns the transport of persons (with driver) for journeys to outside the IDF, in accordance with the BPU. Journeys can be made in France as in the countries of the European Union. Lot 4 includes all trips made by the City whose destination is outside idf, only from or to the City of Bagnolet. The City reserves the right to book punctually with local service providers the trips it would need locally outside the idf. Types of services possible in lot 4 (list given for information only, non-exhaustive): - holiday camps to the holiday centres of the city (Yzeure and Oléron) - wE (adults and the elderly)
