SNCF Réseau needs to be supported by a service provider for the management of outsourcers and the monitoring of the quality of outsourcing services.
The activities entrusted to them consist of management services for outsourcers.
They are divided into two axes:
1) Operational management of outsourcers, in collaboration with SNCF Réseau's internal staff,
2) Management of the quality of the outsourcers' services, in collaboration with SNCF Réseau's internal staff.
