The subject of the contract is the supply of hardware and software under the "Digital Municipality" program. The detailed scope of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to THE SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ".

The procurement procedure is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender pursuant to Article 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended).

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called “reverse procedure” referred to in Article 139 (1), 3 to 4 of the Law of the National Procedure. In accordance with the provisions cited, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been the highest rated, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

10) Laptop — type 1 - 6 pcs.

11) Laptop — type 2 - 1 pc.

12) Asset monitoring software - 10 pcs.

13) Power upgrade - 1 pc.

14) Permissions and licensing management system for domain systems - 1 pc.

15) Workstations - 33 pcs.

16) IT services in the field of implementation, maintenance and maintenance of IT equipment and software - 1 pc.

In items 1-5, 8-15, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with hardware and software covered by the manufacturer's or Contractor's warranty as noted in the table, for a period of not less than 12 months (the length of the warranty for these items is covered by the criterion for the evaluation of tenders).

Guarantees must be implemented on the terms detailed in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
