The assignment follows from the BOSS vision paper, with the aim of promoting exercise, meeting, playing and sports. By placing new playground and sports equipment in central places, redesigning places and transforming smaller playgrounds into different and more informal play. Estimate

The estimated contract value is set at € 495,000 per year excluding VAT, based on a contract duration of 7 years, this means an estimated total value of this assignment of € 3,465,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is indicative, the contractor cannot

derive rights.

This estimated value is divided into the following 2 lots:

Lot 1: € 3.385.000,- excl. G/W/E VAT.

Lot 2: € 80.000,- excl. G/W/E VAT.

Unambiguous review clause

There is a margin of uncertainty of project funds that cannot be quantified. There is an ambition to raise a maximum of € 4,640,000 excluding VAT in project funds on top of the € 495,000 per year. As a result, the estimate per year is € 495,000 to € 1,158,000 excluding VAT.

For this reason, an unambiguous review clause has been included, whereby the contract value per year can be extended up to € 663,000 excluding VAT, depending on the project funds raised. This is to prevent the estimated total value from being exceeded before the term of the agreement has expired.
