The subject of the contract is the management in the process of recovery or neutralization of non-composted fractions of municipal and similar waste with code 19 05 01 and waste with code 19 05 99 – other non-listed waste, generated in the Plant belonging to the Ordering Party. The Contractor's handling of collected waste must be consistent with the hierarchy of waste handling methods, in particular with the recovery or disposal processes described in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
1. Management in the process of recovery or disposal of waste with the code 19 05 01 – non-composted fractions of municipal and similar waste generated in the stabilization treatment process, i.e. waste with the code 19 05 99 – other non-listed waste, generated in the D8 process, in the installation belonging to the Ordering Party. The waste being the subject of the contract is generated in the process of mechanical and biological treatment of waste and is produced from the sub-sieve fraction <80 mm and from the post-sorting ballast of the 80-300 mm fraction. The composition of waste that is an input material for the oxygen stabilization process consists mainly of kitchen and garden waste from mixed municipal waste, contaminated and damp textiles, non-commercial paper waste, multi-material waste, plastics, biodegradable film waste and mineral waste, including fine cullet, ceramics, etc. The waste is practically devoid of ferrous and non-ferrous metal content by subjecting it to a magnetic and eddy current separation process.
2 Management in the process of recovery or neutralization of stabilization after biological processing in the MBP installation, i.e. waste with the code 19 05 99 – other non-listed waste, generated in the Ordering Party's plant. The stabilizer being the subject of the contract is created in the process of mechanical and biological waste treatment and is produced from the <80 mm sub-sieve fraction and from the 80-300 mm sorting ballast. The composition of waste that is a source material for the aerobic stabilization process consists mainly of kitchen and garden waste from mixed municipal waste, contaminated and wet textiles from the fraction of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, non-commercial paper waste, multi-material waste, plastics, biodegradable film waste and mineral waste, including sand, soil, fine glass cullet, etc. The waste is practically devoid of ferrous and non-ferrous metal content by subjecting it to a magnetic and eddy current separation process.
3. Loading of waste and its transport to the Contractor's installation shall be the responsibility of the Contracting Entity. Weighing of waste by the Ordering Party will take place on a legalized truck scale, located in the Ordering Party's Plant at 96 Dęblińska Street in Puławy. The Ordering Party (Waste Transferor) will prepare waste registration documents via an individual account in the Database on products and packaging and on waste management (BDO), on the terms set out in the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699). The circulation of the above-mentioned documents will take place in the manner specified in these provisions.
4. The amount of waste to be transferred to the Contractor during the period of the contract shall be no more than:
- waste with code 19 05 01 - 1 200,00 Mg,
- waste with code 19 05 99 – 2 300,00 Mg.
The quantity indicated above is the maximum quantity, and the order will be carried out successively during the term of the contract in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the Ordering Party guarantees the transfer of the above waste to the Contractor during the contract execution period in a total amount of at least 1,500.0 Mg.
