We would like to instigate an open procedure for the information and communication services of the ‘Europa-Punkt’. The Regional Representation of European Commission in Bonn is seeking a qualified service provider to carry out all services such as run the walk-in centre, provide information to inquiring citizens, propose and assist in the organisation of events in and suggest actions to promote the services of the Europa-Punkt in Bonn in Germany. In addition to fulfilling its existing mission of establishing direct contact with the general public and satisfying their information needs on the spot, the Europa-Punkt will have a more prominent role and wider responsibility in supporting the Representation's efforts to communicate on the political priorities of the Commission and in organising events for key national, regional and local interest groups and multipliers.
