The object of this contract is the treatment of sludge from Mauges Communauté wastewater treatment plants.

The decree of 30.4.2020, published on 5.5.2020, relating to the methods of spreading sludge from urban wastewater treatment during the COVID-19 period prohibits the spreading of unhygienized liquid or pasty sludge.

This sludge, which was previously spread, can no longer be spread following the order cited above. They must therefore be evacuated to a new tolerated pathway, namely composting.

This service concerns:

- transport and treatment of liquid sludge, stored in silos, by dehydration and their evacuation to an approved composting center;

- evacuation of unhygienized pasty sludge to an approved composting center;

- pumping and evacuation of sludge from a settling tank / digester;

- cleaning and dehydration of sludge from a lagoon;

- sludge analyzes to prove their acceptability in a composting center;

- administrative monitoring of the service on the regulatory side;

- the drafting of prevention plans.
