Description:
Supply of active electricity for buildings and facilities of the City and Municipality of Serock and its Organizational Units

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) in a projected total amount of 2921,810 MWh for the City and Municipality of Serock and its Organizational Units listed in Annex No. 7 to SWZ for the period from 1.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 the anticipated quantity of electricity supplied was determined on the basis of the energy consumption points (PPE) indicated in Annex 8 to SWZ.
