The tender is the delivery of three cranes within two tasks:

1. As part of Task 1 — delivery of one RMG crane to container terminal to KUTNA

2. As part of Task 2 — delivery of two RMG cranes to the container terminal to Brzeg Dolny.

The tender is the delivery of three cranes within two tasks:

1. As part of Task 1 — delivery of one RMG crane to container terminal to KUTNA

2. As part of Task 2 — delivery of two RMG cranes to the container terminal to Brzeg Dolny.

The crane provided under Task 1 must necessarily seamlessly cooperate with the cranes currently operating on the terminal.

Cranes provided under Task 2 should take into account the possibility of planting in the future on the same crane tracks (in the same working area) of the third crane.

The Ordering Party assumes the purchase of three cranes from one Supplier, thus the Offerer may submit a bid for the implementation of Task 1 and Tasks 2 simultaneously. Partial or submission tenders for one of the Tasks will not be considered by the Ordering Party.

Provider within the tasks carried out will provide service for the supplied carts. Complete equipment will be transferred to the Contracting Party as authorised for use in accordance with applicable regulations
