This consultation is launched in accordance with Law No. 2019-1147 of 8.11.2019 relating to energy and the climate which provides for the obligation to subscribe to a new electricity supply offer following the abolition of the regulated tariff as of from 1.1.2021. This consultation concerns all the sites of the Faucigny-Glières Community of Municipalities (CCFG) with a power greater than and less than 36 kVA.

Data access authorization: for sites supplied with electricity, the CCFG expressly authorizes applicants to request and receive communication from the electricity network operators (Enedis) of the technical and contractual data associated with the delivery points referred to in price schedule (consumption, transmission tariff, power and load curves). This authorization is valid until the end of validity of the offer.
