The purpose of the contract will be the concession of the educational canteen service of the centers of the Bages region that have accepted the management of the Consell Comarcal in accordance with the specifications of particular technical prescriptions (hereinafter PPT). This service is the responsibility of the Consell Comarcal, in accordance with the collaboration agreement between the administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, through the Departament d'Educació and the Consell Comarcal del Bages regarding the delegation of powers regarding the management of the school transport service and the school canteen service with respect to infant and primary education centers, and in which the consideration in favour of the former consists, either solely in the right to operate certain installations in accordance with the PPT, accompanied by a fee.
