This contract consists of a complete supply of supply, installation, connection, preparation, installation, adjustment and configuration of all the lighting integrated into the building, on the 1st floor of the Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille.The contract will give rise to a public contract at mixed prices. Regarding the fixed-price part, the services are detailed in the global and flat-rate breakdown (Dpgf) and the articles of this Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). Concerning the unit price part, the services are detailed in the unit price list (BPU) and the articles of this Special Technical Clauses Booklet (CCTP). They will give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to Articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4 paragraph 2 of the French Public Procurement Code, concluded without a minimum and with a maximum of 250,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, over the total duration of the contract, i.e. 48 months from its notification
