In the present case, the client is tendering the redevelopment planning for the listed restaurant with the Jägerhof assembly facility within the framework of ISEK Altstadt and Stadtmitte in Bergneustadt across Europe. With this project, the Jägerhof is to be further developed into a cultural and meeting place and a new cultural highlight in Bergneustadt. For this it is necessary that the building ensemble is renovated in accordance with the listed buildings.

The scope of services in this tender includes architectural services for property planning in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI 2021, service phases 3-9, if necessary, step-by-step commissioning in 2 stages (stages are planned for service phases 3 and service phases 4-9). The fee range is to be determined by the bidders in the later negotiation process and freely offered. The services should take into account the present preliminary draft planning (Annexes: 08c and 08d).
