this contract is divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: Learning a general language within the geographical jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Courts of Appeal; Lot 2: Learning a general language in a collective within the jurisdiction of the Overseas Courts of Appeal; Lot 3: Learning a specific language related to the legal and judicial world as a collective in the geographical jurisdiction of the metropolitan courts of appeal
learning a general language within the geographical jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Courts of Appealthe services of lot No. 1 will only have to be provided on the territory of the French metropolis. The service provider may have to travel to all the jurisdictions of the courts of appeal of the metropolitan territory, as presented in Appendix 1 to this CCTP. These trainings will take place mainly in the provinces, in the geographical jurisdictions of the courts of appeal, and a minority in Paris. The regional training coordinators or the training magistrates responsible for training, will determine the places and rooms where the training will be carried out. The training that will have to be provided in the context of lot 1 can be organized in two forms: In collective with groups composed of at least 6 magistrates and a maximum of 12 magistrates; Individually for the heads of courts or courts if necessary in the exercise of their duties
Learning a general language in a collective in the jurisdiction of the overseas appeal courtsthe services of lot No. 2 will only have to be provided in the territory of DROM-COM. The service provider may have to move in all the jurisdictions of the Courts of Appeal located in DROM-COM, as presented in Appendix 1 to this CCTP. This concerns the territories of: Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon; Saint-Martin; Saint-Barthélemy; Guadeloupe; Martinique; Guyana; Mayotte; Reunion; Windward Islands; Leeward Islands; Marquesas Islands; New Caledonia; Wallis and Futuna. The provider must be able, if necessary, to provide a solution in each of the jurisdictions that exist to date. The regional training coordinators or the magistrates delegated to the training, who initiated these trainings, will determine the places and the rooms where the training will be carried out.

With regard to specific language related to the legal and judicial world, in particular specialized legal English, some Courts of Appeal will have to request highly specialized legal content in the following (non-exhaustive) areas: Commercial contract law; Intellectual property; Targeted content in relation to vocabulary technical of the Financial Cluster; Content focused on the handling of terrorism-related cases; Legal vocabulary necessary for exchanges
