the purpose of this contract is the reception, sorting, packaging, storage and loading of materials from selective collection on the territory of Smiddev.

This contract is divided into 4 lots:

- Lot 1 relates to the receipt, sorting, packaging, storage and loading of Multi-material collection streams (mixed or paperless packaging).

- Lot 2 relates to the receipt, sorting, packaging, storage and loading of paper collection streams.

- Lot 3 relates to the receipt, sorting, packaging, storage and loading of carton flows.

- Lot 4 relating to the receipt, storage and loading of glass collection streams

The services entrusted to the holder, subject of lot 1, are as follows:

- The receipt, by the holder, on the proposed sorting center, of the multimaterials mentioned in article 2.1 of the CCTP, brought by the member communities of Smiddev.

- The sorting on the line of packaging with mixed or paperless papers, in different recoverable fractions and in a non-recoverable fraction (refusals), according to the Standards by material and the specific technical requirements of the designated sectors and the prescriptions of the paper buyers.

- the packaging, in bales or in bulk, of all the materials according to the prescriptions of the buyers.

- The storage and loading of all materials for the sectors, according to their prescriptions.

- the recovery and take-back of papers (i.e. 1.11 essentially, and 1.02 under the conditions laid down in paragraph 2.3).

- the treatment-valuation of refusals (service included in price no. 1 of the Bpu)

- The evacuation and transport of sorting refusals to the Lauriers Multi-sector Recovery Unit in Bagnols-En-Forêt (service included in price no. 2 of the BPU)

- the follow-up of the services

The services entrusted to the holder, subject of lot 2, are as follows:

- The receipt, by the holder, on his installations, of the papers brought by the member municipalities of the holder.

- the possible sorting and packaging of all materials according to the standards by material and the prescriptions of the buyers.

- The storage and loading of all materials for the sectors, according to their prescriptions.

- the recovery and return of papers (i.e. 1.11 and 1.02 under the conditions laid down in Article 3.3).

- evacuation and treatment of any refusals

- the follow-up of the services

The services entrusted to the holder, subject of lot 3, are as follows:

- The reception, by the holder, on his installations, of the boxes brought by the member communities of Smiddev.

- The possible sorting and packaging of all materials according to the Standards by material and the prescriptions of the designated buyer.

- the storage and loading of all materials for the sectors, according to the Standards by material and the prescriptions of the designated buyer.

- evacuation and treatment of any refusals

- the follow-up of the services

The services entrusted to the holder, subject of lot 4, are as follows:

- The reception, by the holder, on his installations, of the glass brought by the member communities of Smiddev.

- The storage and loading of all materials for the sector, according to its prescriptions.
