The contract shall include optional tranches defined in the specifications. The services are regulated by fixed prices. This socio-economic assessment is being carried out as part of this project to extend and green this tri-modal terminal based on the strategic importance of railway development and its strategic importance with regard to the needs of the port area and its hinterland.
