Providing furniture for a functional and pleasant learning and working environment for employees and students of mboRijnland.

The following matters are part of the agreement:

a) advising on furniture to be installed;

b) the supply, installation and assembly of furniture at the locations of mboRijnland;

c) the supply, installation and assembly of home office furniture (rental and purchase);

d) overhauling existing furniture;

e) in the context of circularity: buying back and thereby collecting and removing existing furniture;

f) providing service and maintenance of the furniture. This must also be possible on location;

g) creating a furnishing plan for furniture for different projects.

If the products required by the Client are not in the Contractor's range, the Client reserves the right to purchase these products elsewhere.

The assignment does not include subject-specific furniture for practice rooms and specifically prescribed ARBO furniture

The scope of the contract, based on the past four years, is estimated at approximately EUR 1,400,000 (including VAT) over the next four years. No rights can be derived from the stated numbers.
