The subject of the contract includes the collection and transport to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Installation in Rzędów - the fifth region of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and municipal waste segregated from the city and municipality of Staszów in 2023. The scope of the contract applies to all properties inhabited by residents from the city and municipality of Staszów, with 154 pcs. containers of the "bell" type placed in the city and municipality of Staszów, approx. 813 pcs. (603 pcs. - city and 210 pcs. village) street baskets, including 782 pcs. poj. 40 l and 31 pcs. o poj. 70 l located in the city and municipality of Staszów, 32 pcs. baskets for dog droppings, including 17 pcs. o poj. 40 l and 15 pcs. o poj. 35 l, 42 pcs. containers for segregation with a capacity of 85 l and 3 pcs. modular containers with a capacity of 160 l in 4 panels of 40 l and 6 pcs. Municipal E-waste Points located in the city of Staszów in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ and section II.2.4) of this announcement.

The description of the contract in question in Annex No 9 SWZ consists of, inter alia:

A. General characteristics of the City and Commune of Staszów in the context of waste collection.

The number of inhabitants registered in the City and Commune of Staszów is (as of 31.12.2021) – 25 336 including:

the town of Staszów -14388;

35 villages – 10948;

The number of single-family inhabited properties in the town and municipality of Staszów is about 5000.

The area of the municipality – 225.86 km2.

The total length of routes that waste collection vehicles must overcome in order to reach all property owners from the city and municipality area is approximately 1533 km.

The annual estimated amount of waste generated is about 5500 Mg.

B. Detailed description of the subject of the contract.

The contract in question must be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the conditions contained in the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority does not require:

- the Contractor has carried out an on-site inspection or,

- checking by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.
