1. The subject of the order is the delivery of scientific equipment to the headquarters of the Institute of Electronic Materials in Warsaw at ul. Wólczyńska 133, POLAND.

2. The subject of the order was divided by the Employer into 6 separate parts:

Part No. 1 - Reactors;

Part No. 2 - Spray dryer;

Part No. 3 - Thermostat

Part No. 4 - Filter press

Part No. 5 - rGO filtration device

Part No. 6 - Reactor heating system

3. The subject of the contract includes:

a. Supply and transfer of ownership of equipment - (regarding lots 1-6);

b. Assembly, installation and commissioning of the device at the place indicated by the Employer - (regarding parts 2 and 4-6);

c. Employer's training in operation and maintenance for max. 3 people within the deadline for completing the order indicated in Chapter V - (regarding lots 2 and 4-6).
