The ITSCare as an IT service provider supports its 3 customer AOKs, the AOK Baden-Württemberg, AOK Hessen and AOK Rheinland-Pfalz in the implementation and support of projects to achieve the company's goals and their necessary further developments and realignments. For this purpose, consulting services for project support are to be procured within the framework of this call for tenders. The focus of the support is the management of projects, the sub-project management and the implementation support, in which the bidder brings in his management, strategy, concept and method know-how. The projects to be supported focus on IT design projects (eg IT strategy, organization, depth of added value, activity allocation and processes) where derived strategic requirements focus on tailor-made conception and documentation of the project as well as its concrete implementation.
The bidder can be called upon to provide strategic support in 3 defined skill profiles "Consultant", "Senior Consultant" and "Principal Consultant" for support in the projects The concrete consulting services are commissioned within the contract period and can only then be described in terms of content and scope and specify the form of implementation.
The consulting service is advertised for a term of 4 years:
- the annual advisory service is currently estimated at about 600 person days at 8h (plan capacity) for the skill profile "Consultant." The annual maximum demand quantity of this lot is 800 person days á 8h,
- the annual advisory service is currently estimated for the skill profile "senior consultant" at about 400 person days at 8h (plan capacity) .The maximum annual demand of this lot is 600 person days á 8h,
- the annual advisory service is currently estimated for the skill profile "Principal Consultant" at about 300 man-days at 8h (planned capacity) .The maximum annual demand for this lot is 400 man-days at 8h.
An increase in the plan capacities, limited to the maximum call-off quantities, within the term are possible. Background for the mention of the maximum call rates is the current ECJ case law (ECJ, judgment of 19.12.2018 -C-216/17) according to which a maximum quantity must be named.
