The target of the procurement is the Services of the Electricity Network's Customer Service Partner. The services include First line customer service, which includes contract and invoice service as well as technical customer service, which are provided on weekdays. Service hours are the subject of negotiations. The service is primarily provided through chat and telephone channels. The service is also provided through an email channel. First line customer service also includes a fault service, which is produced as a chat and telephone helpline and where the service hours are 24/7/365.

The customers of the Service are companies and private individuals in all network areas of Caruna Oy and Caruna Espoo Oy. The Service will be developed and digitalised during the agreement period with the help of development and cooperation models built around the Services.

The content of the services is described in more detail in Annex 01 to the draft invitation to tender Palvelukuvaus_LUONNOS. The description of the object of the procurement will be specified during the negotiated procedure.

The contract is not created by a procurement decision. The contract is formed only after the parties have signed the contract.
