The W maintenance for the small locations (PO) of OVO.

Maintenance includes preventive activities aimed at meeting all legal requirements, carrying out maintenance advised by manufacturers and maintenance aimed at

ensure that all installations function optimally.

The maintenance also includes a corrective component aimed at solving malfunctions and problems within the set deadlines. In addition, the information to be specified in the price sheet applies.

Rates.

Finally, maintenance includes an advisory component. Within six months after the start of the agreement, the Contractor will draw up a plan for each small location with a lead time of at least 10 years for replacement of installation parts, including the costs for replacement (level 2022).

The scope of the assignment relates to the small PO locations of Stichting OVO. The scope of the job is the traceability of the installation components that are shown in the overview per location.

The maximum size of the assignment is € 220,000 for the minor daily maintenance and € 250,000 for the planned replacement maintenance. The scope of the assignment has been determined as accurately as possible. If the specified size is realized earlier than the end date of the

framework agreement, the contract is (prematurely) re-tendered
