School Group Holland (SGH) includes 13 ambitious primary schools in the municipalities of Lansingerland, Pijnacker-Nootdorp and Zuidplas, which offer their students a solid foundation (knowledge) and teach them to learn together. The school group believes it is important that students can optimally develop their own talents and that they are meaningful to the other person and their environment. From the motto: 'Develop in confidence, trust in development', the level and need of the individual child is assumed as much as possible. In this way, justice is done to the possibilities it has in itself and creates an environment in which all children can grow and flourish.

In order to achieve this, an appropriate learning environment containing the right and functioning devices on which the various teaching methods can run is of great importance for both student and teacher. SGH has approximately 3800 pupils and 400 employees. Almost all of these should be able to use hardware devices.

The scope of the tender concerns a framework agreement for:

-Laptops

- Desktops

- Thin Clients

- Tablets

- Chromebooks

- Related equipment such as monitors, keyboards, docking stations, cabling, laptop cabinets etc.

- Other front-end IT Hardware and computer accessories

Within the framework agreement, the following services can be purchased. These services fall within the storage rate specified by the contractor:

- Delivery data regarding deliveries in Excel file/CPV file.

- Delivery at the location of the management party (with the exception of computer accessories that must be delivered to locations schools); in space to be designated by the Client, removal and disposal of packaging material.

-Handing warranty, repair and replacement.
