The subject of the contract are equipment and transport services consisting in the rental of specialized vehicles with a driver for pressure cleaning of sewerage and cars with a driver for cleaning street drains and inspection wells for pumping and exporting water from excavations after a failure of the rainwater sewer network, pumping and exporting water from rooms (e.g. basements) after heavy rainfall, pumping and exporting sludge from rainwater drainage, cleaning and clearing of rainwater drainage, canals and wells and street drains, along with the transport of waste generated during the works to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract are equipment and transport services related to pressure cleaning of sewage systems, street drains and inspection wells. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with cars with a driver for pressure cleaning of sewers and cars together with a driver for cleaning street drains and inspection wells for the purpose of performing the following works:

- pumping and removing water from excavations after a failure of the rainwater sewerage network,

- pumping and removing water from rooms (e.g. cellars) after heavy rainfall,

- pumping and removing sludge from rainwater drainage,

- cleaning and clearing rainwater drainage, canals and wells and street drains,

along with the transport of waste generated during the works to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

The minimum number of working hours of equipment as defined in the Order Item Description (Annex 2 to SWZ) constitutes the minimum range of the contract that the Contractor should take into account when preparing the tender. The maximum number of working hours of equipment specified in Annex 2 to the Specification shall be defined by the right of options reserved for the benefit of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the execution of the order within the specified maximum number of hours of operation of the equipment.
