direct purchase of renewable electricity

The object of the contract is the direct purchase of renewable electricity for the members of the purchasing group in order to cover part of their electricity needs over the duration of the contract. The subject of this contract covers:- the direct purchase of renewable electricity for a volume of 60 GWh per year over a period of 3 years in total for the members of the purchasing group, in order to partially cover their electricity needs over the duration of the contract and the issuance of the associated guarantees of origin and - an annual block structuring service of electricity of 6.85 MW for the integration into the offer of the supplier selected by the consortium of orders following a previous consultation and holder of the contract subsequent to the framework agreement "Transmission and supply of electricity" no. 2023008ms1, which will integrate it into its equilibrium perimeter, as well as the guarantees of origin associated with the electricity produced.
