The libraries of the Museums and Heritage City of Antwerp are looking for an application to support their management processes. These libraries want to offer their users information services in a user-friendly and high-quality way: searching in catalogs and other information files, offering analogue, digital and digitized files within and outside the resp. reading rooms of these institutions, reservation, download, ... These services are offered in a current and user-friendly and adaptive web environment.

It is important for the employees of these institutions to be able to optimally perform the tasks of acquiring, describing and opening up all kinds of collections of information (books, magazines, digital files and databases, but also metadata about these objects themselves).

The partner offering this solution is also responsible for data conversion, maintenance of metadata, and support. Picking up on and anticipating technological developments yourself is a requirement.
