The Dutch Public Broadcasting (hereinafter NPO) stands for a broad public broadcaster with a rich and varied programming for viewers and listeners of all population groups. We take care of the programming on all public networks and channels and the distribution of our programs via radio, television, internet and (digital) theme channels.

The NPO has set an ambitious course in which we respond to new media behavior, globalization and digitization. Together with the broadcasters and program makers, the NPO continuously works on innovation and we emphatically seek interaction with the viewer and listener.

The current contract with the supplier of the multisite CMS for NPO Corporate expires on 1 August 2023. The current multisiteCMS runs on an open source Laravel PHP framework, which is hosted at the NPO. This CMS is custom made to the wishes of NPO. In the design of all sub-sites, NPO's corporate identity provides a recognizable look &feel. There is also room for your own design elements. In principle, NPO wishes to continue all these sub-sites. With this tender we are therefore looking for a web developer who can build a new multisite CMS for the NPO organization and who can ensure an efficient migration from the current CMS. We would like to complete the construction and migration of the entire portfolio before the end of 2023.
